Water Themed Fitness Photoshoot with Deepraj

Deepraj contacted me before he came to Singapore, and we had a great online discussion.

Before this fitness shoot, I listed the three main beaches in Sentosa for him, and gave him some descriptions and sample images, so he could make his best decision. Since it was a local school holiday, I was pretty worried about the crowd.

What brightened my day most was when Deepraj told me he got to know a lot about Singapore through my website. It made my thousands of hours of effort worth it.

We met up at Vivocity before taking the Sentosa Express into Sentosa. The wait for the beach tram was unusually long. After that, we had to walk over to the other end of the beach. Fortunately, Deepraj was very easygoing.

Like my previous experience there, we didn't have luck with the cloud and the sun was shining directly at us. There were photobombs occasionally but it was all good. The biggest challenge of the day was that I actually had to get into the deeper part of the water and it was actually very risky for my equipment.

Our plan was to keep the beach physique shoot natural. Deepraj did well and he was cool with trying out new ideas. Since Deepraj understood that I had spent time meeting him earlier, he didn't want to abuse me. Once he was very confident that we had gotten many good photos, he decided to end the day although we actually had more time.

At the end of the shoot, I accidentally dropped my camera onto the sand and it was dirtied with sand. As we were heading off to the washroom, my watch's strap broke and its face was scratched badly.

Amazingly, Deepraj is a great guy who didn't hesitate to return favour. He took huge effort to write me a great review after receiving the photos.
