Every session begins with trust. Here's how we honour the energy, time, and care behind your booking.

Important: Your time slot is only secured once the booking fee has been placed. Any agreement without payment is considered tentative and does not reserve my time.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayNow (preferred)
  • PayLah
  • WISE (can be used to transfer directly to my PayNow account)
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal (subject to a 7% surcharge)
  • Cash (accepted only for final payment, not for booking deposits)

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

Your session is confirmed only once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been placed. Agreeing to a date and time without this deposit does not secure the booking. This commitment allows me to begin offering tailored advice, location suggestions, wardrobe guidance, and other planning details crafted uniquely for you.

By placing the deposit, you agree to my service agreement and privacy policy, which help ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Payment details will be provided during booking. Kindly use your full name as the reference when making the transfer.

Important: Once I've shared the payment details, please place the booking fee within the same day. If there is a delay, kindly check back before transferring—your preferred time slot may already have been taken by another client.

Deposit Validity & Scheduling Window

Deposits are valid for up to 3 months from the date of payment. If no shoot is scheduled and completed within this window, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps maintain clarity and availability for clients who are ready to co-create.

If you anticipate delays, please reach out early. In rare cases, a one-month extension may be offered at my discretion.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling requires at least 72 hours' notice.
  • In case of illness or emergencies, compassionate flexibility may be offered.
  • Deposits may carry over to a new date if rescheduled within the 3-month window.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the shoot, right after the session. This ensures we can focus fully on the experience without administrative distractions.

Privacy Buyout Option

If you prefer your images to remain unpublished, a privacy buyout is available at an additional fee. This compensates for the loss of portfolio use and supports the sustainability of my practice.

Refunds & Exceptions

All payments are non-refundable unless I cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at no extra cost.
