As an independent photographer, I personally handle every stage of the process, from consultation and planning to photography and post-production. I can only accept a few assignments each month, as I want to give every project the time and attention it deserves.

I also put considerable thought into enquiries, taking time to understand your needs, consider potential challenges, and offer realistic advice without overpromising. Written communication helps me review details carefully and keep arrangements clear for both of us. My replies may sometimes take longer than expected, so I appreciate your patience. If you haven't heard from me within 48 hours, a gentle reminder is always welcome.

I treat every photoshoot as part of my portfolio and aim to showcase selected photographs from each assignment. I hope to work with more like-minded people who appreciate my photography and are happy to have their photographs featured too.

Why can't I find your phone number on your website?

As an independent photographer, I handle everything personally, from consultations and planning to photography and post-production. Frequent phone calls can interrupt my work, especially when many questions are already answered on my website. My contact form helps me gather the necessary information upfront, allowing me to understand your requirements and provide more thoughtful, relevant advice. It also gives you an opportunity to consider your expectations before enquiring, making the process more productive for both of us.

Can I have a call with you?

Yes. Please share as much information as possible about your photography requirements and let me know that you'd like to arrange a call. Include a few suitable dates and times when you're available, and I'll arrange a suitable time with you. This helps me avoid interrupting an ongoing photoshoot, editing work, or other commitments.

Why do you ask so many questions?

Every photoshoot is different. Understanding your goals, expectations, and requirements helps me determine whether I'm the right photographer for your needs and provide more relevant recommendations.

Why do you ask about my budget?

Photography can be approached in very different ways depending on the level of planning, production, lighting, coverage, editing, and other requirements involved. Knowing your approximate budget helps me recommend options that are realistic for you rather than suggesting something that is unnecessarily expensive or unsuitable.

Do I need to provide all the information requested?

The more information you provide, the more accurately I can understand your requirements and advise you. Some details may not be known yet, and that's completely fine. Simply provide whatever you already know and explain anything you're still unsure about.

What if I'm not sure which package is suitable?

That's completely fine. Simply provide as much information as possible and I'll recommend the most suitable options based on your requirements.

Can I enquire even if I'm not ready to book yet?

Yes, you may enquire while you're still comparing options or planning your photoshoot. However, please provide enough information about your requirements for me to understand what you're looking for and give you a useful response.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

I personally review the information you've provided and assess whether I can meet your requirements. If your enquiry is suitable, I'll respond with relevant recommendations, clarify any outstanding details, and explain the next steps.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

I personally review every enquiry and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on photography assignments, editing commitments, and personal availability.

What if I don't receive a reply from you?

I personally review every enquiry, but messages can occasionally be overlooked or delayed. If you haven't received a reply within 48 hours, please send me a reminder and I'll be happy to follow up.
