Every project is unique. These figures represent typical starting rates, while the final price is tailored to your specific goals, requirements, and level of customisation.
My pricing is designed around your photography needs, not a one-size-fits-all formula.
Every package accounts for consultation, preparation, reserved session time, photography, equipment, image selection, the included editing, delivery and administration. Your goals, location, duration, creative requirements and level of customisation can all affect the final recommendation.
You'll know what you're paying for before the shoot begins, with no hidden fees or unexpected post-shoot upgrades. Optional add-ons are available if you'd like to enhance your experience further.
Looking for something a little more specific? This section focuses on specialised sessions-from dating profile photographs to personal branding-crafted to tell your story in a more personal or purpose-driven way.

Efficient handheld photography for suitably lit spaces. This is the quickest option and is useful when budget, speed and a broader selection of photographs are the priorities.
Classic:
Tripod photography with more time allowed for careful composition and a consistent finish. It uses the same rate schedule as Essential, but the longer minimum duration reflects the slower tripod workflow.
Signature:
Tripod photography with bracketed exposures and HDR processing where useful. It takes more photography and editing time, provides greater control over bright windows and deep shadows, and produces fewer final photographs per hour.
Ideal for property listings, keepsake memories, portfolios for interior designers, and projects by architecture firms.
Use of natural and ambient light to capture the most authentic look of each space.
Handheld or tripod photography, depending on the selected package and the level of stability, precision and consistency required.
Use of a wide-angle lens where appropriate to show the space clearly while controlling perspective distortion.
Professional makeover services are available as add-ons to your shoot-perfect for achieving a polished, camera-ready look. This can include makeup, hairstyling or both, tailored to your shoot's concept and lighting setup, and is available for all clients.

Essentials to Know
These details apply to every package and are important to understand before booking. They outline the flow, expectations, and boundaries of all photography sessions unless otherwise specified within a particular package - so everything feels clear and aligned from the start.
Sessions may take place at a location provided by the client (eg. home or office), a
public space, or
my private studio.
If the chosen venue requires an entry fee or permit, this cost must be covered by the client for both themselves and the photographer.
Wardrobe & Props:
Both wardrobe and props are provided by the client, with my creative guidance available to refine choices.
I strongly recommend discussing them together in advance to ensure it complements the shoot style, location, and lighting.
Number of themes/outfits:
If no number of themes or outfits is stated in the package, the default allowance is up to 2 outfits per hour.
Please keep in mind that outfit changes take extra time. If the booking duration is too short, this can be unrealistic and may lead to an extension of the booked duration.
During Your Photoshoot
Shoot Style:
I use no-touch guidance, directing poses through conversation and demonstration.
This may take a little longer, but it ensures comfort and respect, while creating natural, authentic photos.
Shoot Pace:
Sessions are paced intentionally for comfort. If multiple locations or outfit changes are planned, please book additional time to ensure everything can be covered without rushing.
Duration Booked:
Your booked duration includes my arrival, preparation, discussion, setup, and the shoot itself.
Time matters even between shots-equipment setup, wardrobe changes, makeup, hairstyling, and travel during the shoot.
Please plan accordingly to ensure the booked time reflects your full needs.
Default for studio sessions: use of off-camera flash.
Default off-camera light: 1 only, except for studio.
For natural light sessions, ambient light is prioritised. When needed, I may use a mounted speedlite (never off-camera flash).
For flash-based sessions, off-camera flash is used whenever possible; otherwise, I adapt with natural light or on-camera flash depending on the environment.
Basic Editing: Exposure, colour correction, cropping if necessary.
Optional Advanced Editing (Retouching), such as skin refinement, is available upon request. Advanced editing requires more time and effort, which affects cost.
Extreme Editing requests may be rejected, as they are highly tedious and often compromise authenticity.
Turnaround Time:
The delivery timeline begins once final payment has been received.
Low-resolution previews are delivered within 7 days for photo selection, while final high-resolution JPGs are delivered within 14 days after your selections are confirmed.
Larger sessions, peak periods, or advanced editing requests may require additional time.
Some projects may be completed earlier than the stated timeline. However, clients should plan based on the official turnaround period rather than an earlier delivery.
Please clarify any additional needs in advance so they can be discussed and arranged.
Delivery Method:
Final images are provided via a secured web link for immediate download.
If you prefer delivery via email, this may be arranged for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Photo Resolution:
Standard high resolution is 2048 pixels on the longest side at 300 DPI.
Higher resolution options are available if requested during discussion.
Copyright & Privacy
Copyright:
I (the photographer) retain full copyright to all images. Clients are granted personal usage rights for sharing and printing.
For commercial or extended usage, licensing options are available upon request.
Editing, altering, filtering, cropping, or modifying the photos in any way requires prior written consent.
Privacy:
By default, selected images may be used in my portfolio or marketing to showcase my work.
If you prefer full confidentiality, a Privacy Buyout option is available, ensuring your photos remain private and unpublished.
This option reflects the additional value of exclusivity and must be arranged in advance.
Optional Extras
My packages are kept straightforward so you only pay for quality work, without unnecessary add-ons. Some clients have asked for extra options, so I've listed them here for clarity. These are not part of the standard packages, and I generally prefer to keep sessions smooth and focused.
Extra charges apply only if your session goes beyond the usual - such as unusual locations, very late hours, or special requests. These optional services and situational fees may vary, but they apply across most packages so you can plan ahead before booking.
Ensures images remain private and unpublished. This option compensates for the loss of portfolio showcase value and is offered as a premium guarantee for clients who prefer full confidentiality.

FAQ
Choosing a Package
Who are your photography services for?
People who:
value emotionally resonant, professionally crafted images.
understand that great photography is a shared investment.
are seeking clarity, care, and a smooth experience - not shortcuts.
are ready to collaborate with a photographer who prioritises quality over volume.
If you're seeking budget photography, this may not be the right fit - and that's okay. I work best with clients who value clarity, artistry, and mutual respect.
Where can I find guidance on packages and pricing?
For clarity, refer to the Client's Checklist. It explains what to expect and how to interpret package pricing.
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Every client has different goals, preferences, and requirements. If none of the listed packages fit your needs, let me know what you're planning and I'll advise on the most suitable approach.
How much time should I book for a shoot?
Every shoot is different and difficult to estimate precisely. The ideal duration depends on your experience, comfort level, and the nature of the shoot.
Generally, the more time we have together, the better the results - especially if you're new to being photographed. A longer session allows us to ease into the process, build rapport, and create space for genuine expression to emerge.
That said, balance matters. If a session feels excessively long, I may decline - not only to safeguard my health, but also to ensure the quality of the work doesn't suffer when exhaustion sets in. This way, our time together remains intentional and focused - it's never just about money.
Many clients underestimate how much time is needed for a comfortable shoot that produces the best possible results. Share your ideas with me, and we'll discuss and tailor a session that feels spacious, intentional, and aligned with your goals. If there's any chance we may need to extend the shoot, I'll highlight it in advance so you can plan for both time and budget with a clear buffer.
What factors should I consider when deciding the duration of a shoot?
Beyond your comfort level, practical elements also play a role. Outdoor or multi-location shoots require extra time to account for travel, outfit changes, and natural transitions between settings. These pauses aren't just logistical - they're part of the emotional rhythm that helps us capture more resonant, authentic images.
Can I combine different types of photography in one session?
Absolutely. Some sessions naturally blend different moments, such as a couple shoot that includes a surprise proposal. In such cases, I'll guide you towards the package that best reflects the planning, emotional weight, and technical demands involved. For example, surprise proposals require discreet coordination and heightened readiness, so they're charged under the Surprise Proposal package rather than a standard portrait session.
If your session involves multiple intentions or unique requirements, it's best to contact me directly. I'll help you choose the most suitable package and ensure everything flows smoothly.
Pricing & Policy
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Any applicable charges, such as travel surcharges, Privacy Buyout fees, studio rental fees, makeup artist fees, or additional editing requests, are listed on this page. Please go through them and discuss with me before booking.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of the shoot.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayNow is most preferred. Other payment methods may be available upon request.
I only need a few photos. Is there a cheaper package?
The minimum package still applies. Even if you only need three final photographs, the preparation, reserved session time, photography, image selection, post-production and delivery work involved remain largely the same. The number of delivered photographs is only one part of the overall service, so I'm afraid I can't offer a cheaper package based solely on receiving fewer final images.
Why do different photography services have different rates?
Different types of photography require different levels of planning, preparation, equipment, experience, and responsibility. For example, a surprise proposal typically requires more coordination and risk management than a casual portrait session. Pricing reflects the overall complexity and demands of each service.
Why don't you provide RAW files?
RAW files are unfinished working files and don't represent my completed work. They require professional editing to bring out the intended colours, tones, contrast and mood. Delivering finished photographs allows me to maintain the consistency and quality of my work. Read why photographers generally don't provide RAW or unedited photographs for the full explanation.
Why is editing charged separately?
Basic editing is included in the applicable package. More advanced editing can require significantly more time and specialised work, so it is offered as an add-on. This means clients only pay for advanced editing when they actually need it.
What happens if the shoot exceeds the booked duration?
Additional time may be charged according to the applicable extension rate. Whenever possible, I'll highlight the possibility of an extension before the shoot so you can plan your time and budget accordingly.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
In many cases, yes. If you decide that you would like additional time, photographs, editing, or other services, I'll advise you on the available upgrade options.
Travel & Location Charges
Why is there a travel surcharge for certain locations?
Some locations are considerably more difficult or time-consuming to reach, such as Tuas, Sentosa, Loyang, Pasir Ris, or Changi Beach. These journeys may involve multiple transfers or extended travel times, adding to the overall time and effort required for the session.
To keep my pricing fair and sustainable, a travel surcharge applies to locations that are not easily accessible, such as places that are a significant distance from MRT stations. This allows me to dedicate the same level of energy and focus to your shoot, regardless of where it takes place.
Discounts & Promotions
Do you offer discounts for repeat clients?
Yes. I enjoy collaborating with clients who are genuinely interested in building an ongoing working relationship. If you're able to commit to 10 sessions within a 12-month period, I'm happy to offer preferential rates.
A deposit covering all 10 sessions is required upfront to confirm the commitment, with the remaining balance collected session by session. This structure keeps the arrangement fair for both parties and prevents the long-term discount from being used without a genuine commitment to completing the series.
Is there a student discount?
No. My pricing reflects the time, effort, equipment, experience, and expertise required to provide the service. I need to charge sustainably so that I can continue delivering the same standard of work to every client.
