Writing photoshoot session with Ong Yongchuan at Yishun Park

Since Yongchuan loves penning down his thoughts, we customised this session to document that part of his life. Armed with his handy notebook, we found a scenic outdoor location to keep the shoot natural and relaxed.

This shoot had a calm, reflective vibe. It was all about small details—the way he held his pen, the thoughtful pauses before jotting something down, the occasional glances away as he gathered his thoughts. These subtle moments made the shoot feel intimate and real, rather than just another set of posed images.

Because of his easygoing nature, we were able to move quickly and experiment with different angles. The entire session felt effortless and within a short time, we had a solid collection of images that really represented his personality and love for writing.
