Men's Street Fashion Photoshoot with Andy
At the time, I was still dealing with Tengah CCS issues — no air‑con at home — so Andy suggested we head outdoors for this shoot during his trip to Singapore. We chose a very early morning session at Merlion Park, under the bridge, making use of the city’s atmosphere before the crowds built up.
Andy was a confident man who knew exactly what he wanted. He picked all the wardrobe for the shoot himself, and because of his clarity, we were able to achieve his vision within a short timeframe.
For me, the biggest challenge was simply getting there from Tengah so early in the morning, which meant very little sleep beforehand. Once on location, I had to figure out what Andy had in mind and adapt quickly. Occasionally, I had to give way to passers‑by, but we kept the flow smooth.
In the end, I was glad it turned out well. The combination of Andy’s confidence, his wardrobe choices, and the Merlion Park backdrop made for a strong set of street fashion portraits that reflected both style and personality.
