Lifestyle Bikini Photoshoot with Ng Shinyi

The two most noticeable things about Shinyi are her liveliness and slim body. The cheerfulness on her face, groomed by her positiveness, is as beautiful as the sunrise.

Shinyi is a rare gem not simply due to her cute looks; her attitude lights up the entire journey, from discussion to the actual shoot, to make working with her easy. She's open to ideas, hardworking and cooperates very well. Being very appreciative and understanding, she is one of the most amazing people to work with.

With my experience of doing shoots at the beach without any assistance, I tried to keep my setup to a minimum. The ambient lighting, created by the cloudy sky, was soft. However, the beach was having an informal party attended by guests who unknowingly joined in, becoming photobombs.

At the start of the shoot, Shinyi was approached by a foreigner to take photograph with him. It was a good ice-breaker. We started with this simple lifestyle shoot.
