Music Singing Photoshoot with Jun Hao

Jun Hao loves to sing, and because this shoot was built around reflecting who he really is, I knew we had to capture that. So despite the full schedule, we carved out a small window for him to pour that part of himself into the frame—just his voice, his energy, his joy.

He didn't just pose like he was singing—I had him sing for real. Belt it, own it. Because if you want honest emotion on camera, there's nothing quite like someone immersed in joy. And that's exactly what happened—he glowed, got carried away, and those expressions? They were the kind you can't fake.

Wondering how good his voice was? I'll leave that to the imagination. Some things are better experienced than explained—and hey, a little suspense keeps things interesting.

Let's just say the memory card has receipts: wide-open singing faces, blink-timing mishaps, and some wildly expressive poses that only a natural performer could make work. But share them here? Never. That archive belongs to Jun Hao—and maybe his lawyer.

The real challenge this time was the venue—none of the usual clean lines or minimalist backdrops I tend to favour. No blank walls, no open corners. But that was part of the charm. We adapted, leaned into the space as it was, and in doing so, landed on something more textured, more real.

And in the end, that's exactly what this shoot was about—celebrating a little chaos, a lot of laughter, and the joy of doing what you love.
