We rolled straight from the book set into a lifestyle working shoot—same park, no reset. That meant the real challenge was transforming the space visually. I had to scout for angles that felt fresh and distinct, all within the same small radius. Clean lines, minimal distractions, and less-than-ideal light? Not exactly easy—but it pushed the creative muscles.
We were racing the weather and the clock, but Jun Hao settled into the scene effortlessly. He brought his usual calm, and with just a few pointers, we hit the tone we wanted—focused, but not stiff. The kind of lifestyle "work" shot that reads authentic without trying too hard.
This shoot ended up being one of those cases where less truly was more. No dramatic light setups, no styled environment—just clean, intentional frames that captured a grounded, everyday rhythm. Uncomplicated, honest, and a worthy addition to the day's growing archive.
