Friends / Sisters - Huiqing and Jasmine Tan - Sweet concept
This was the second part of the sisters photoshoot. Instead of the edgy style, we went for a casual and fun look, which was much easier.
This final set of the long photoshoot was done near dinner time. By then, the studio very messed up with the props we had used for the earlier concepts. Due to time constraints, I retained the black backdrop instead of changing it to a lighter one. Black did well in highlighting their faces and bodies though.
Due to the excessive moving around of the props and strobes, I was already exhausted. In contrast, Jasmine was still energetic. As she moved excitedly around and behind Huiqing, she tripped over the backdrop cloth. I wasn't even concerned about her safety since the entire backdrop system was strongly supported by two heavy-duty stands that were bought from a local shop and not online. However, the middle part of the pole was slightly bent due to the force pulling it down from the centre.
The good results were able to compensate for the slight damage to my equipment.
